All purchases made through Aursen & Co. are considered final. As an independent retail intermediary working with a certified distributor in London, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refund Eligibility for Verified Defects
In the unlikely event that your watch arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Once verified by our team and confirmed by the supplier, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly. Aursen & Co. reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria.
Shipping Damage Disclaimer
Aursen & Co. is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. All items are inspected prior to dispatch and handed over to trusted carriers in perfect condition. Any damage caused in transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider. We strongly encourage customers to select tracked and insured delivery options at checkout to protect their purchase while in transit.
